Call2Reply is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to automatically send WhatsApp messages to callers after calls are missed, received, or made on an Android device. The Service consists of:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Plans: The Service is available on the following paid subscription plans, all priced in Indian Rupees (INR):
Billing: Subscriptions are non-recurring (no automatic renewal). You must manually purchase a new subscription before the current one expires to continue using the Service.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Cashfree or Paytm payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
Activation: Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Digital access is provided instantly — there is no physical delivery.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 15 days' advance notice via email.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the software, dashboard, documentation, and branding, belong to Samsri Innovations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your active subscription period.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service without our written consent.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Call logs and phone numbers processed through the Service are stored on secure servers in India. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samsri Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current period unless eligible under our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
