Samsri Innovations ("we", "us", "our") operates Call2Reply, a cloud-based software service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services at callsync.chat247.in.

By using Call2Reply, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Billing: To process payments and maintain transaction records

Service improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve the platform (using aggregated, anonymised data only)
Legal compliance: To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

We do not use your data for advertising, or sell it to any third party.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure servers located in India
Data is transmitted over HTTPS (256-bit SSL encryption)
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text
Device API tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes
Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Cashfree/Paytm) — we never see your card details
Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Chat247 (WhatsApp infrastructure): Caller phone numbers and message content are passed to Chat247's servers to deliver WhatsApp messages. Chat247 is hosted on the same VPS and operated by Samsri Innovations.
Payment gateways: Your name, email, and phone are shared with Cashfree or Paytm to process payments. They have their own privacy policies.
Legal requirement: If required by law, court order, or government authority in India.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

Call logs: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account closure
Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request
Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations
Server/error logs: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Portability: Request your call logs in CSV format

8. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for session management (login state). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the dashboard.
